How do I find the right repair service?
Search using the problem in your own words, such as AC not cooling or tap leaking. You can also use Describe Your Problem if you are not sure which category fits.
Can I book a technician right now?
Yes, if your selected service has active professionals, pricing and a valid address slot. Enter your PIN and proceed from catalog to cart and appointment details.
Is an inspection the same as a repair?
No. An inspection identifies the fault. Any inspection charge and its adjustment rules must be disclosed before a visit. Repair labour and parts require a separate written quote when the scope is uncertain.
Will extra work happen without my approval?
The planned workflow requires a written quote and your approval before additional work or chargeable parts. A job-start code will not approve extra charges or waive complaint rights.
Is MyRepairMan available in my area?
Coverage is active for configured postal zones. Enter your PIN and we will show live local services, available appointments and payment terms.
Do I have to download an app?
No. The web platform includes complete booking and account workflows. Native app paths are planned, but not required today.
How is my information used?
Your account stores your name, email and a hashed password. Repair requests store your supplied problem and approximate location. Requests are private to your account in this release. Do not include access codes, payment details or identity documents.
What if the problem is dangerous or urgent?
Do not use an ordinary repair request for an immediate danger such as a suspected gas leak, active fire or electric shock. Contact the appropriate local emergency service or utility. MyRepairMan is not an emergency response service.
Your data, explained.
This experience stores your account name, email and hashed password, the repair details you submit, and any professional application data. Location preferences are stored in your web session. Saved addresses are stored with your account. If you choose GPS detection and allow browser access, your current coordinates and network address are sent directly to BigDataCloud to identify your city. MyRepairMan does not store those GPS coordinates. Review the detected city and PIN before saving. A payment card is collected only during checkout.
Repair requests and bookings are only shown to the account that created them. No public provider directory, public customer stories, ad tracking, or auto-messaging is shown.
Account recovery, export/deletion controls, retention rules, and legal terms are still staged. Do not enter sensitive identity notes. For urgent hazards, use local emergency services.
